Returns
- Custom-Made Products: All products are printed on demand and custom-made based on your order. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or refunds. Please ensure your order details are accurate before completing your purchase.
- Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Order Changes or Cancellations
- Modifications or cancellations can be requested but are not guaranteed. Please double-check all details, including shipping address, item, size, and color, before placing your order.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges. To obtain a different item, please ensure all details are correct before ordering.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
- If shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only in cases of damaged or incorrect items after inspection if a replacement cannot be issued. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
